                                      How to lose weight Diet Loss
The proper way to lose weight is to eat less carbohydrates like bread, pasta, pizza, rice, beans....and to replace them with veggies and proteins (meat). Yes you can have a small steak and lose weight.
In addition to diet you need to exercise your muscles every other day for an hour. Jogging is the most powerful weight loss exercise. The others are also beneficial but less efficient for weight loss. Walking is great but you have to walk for many miles everyday. The best way to do it is to walk everywhere instead of taking a lazy drive. There are a lots of skinny people in the world that eat normal and never gain weight because they walk everywhere and climb stairs and hills without taking an elevator. So, obesity is a result of a modern lifestyle.
The availability and proximity of food at the work place can be a big factor for gaining weight. A bar of chocolate looks good when we are bored or stressed at work.
It takes an effort to stay feeling a little bit hungry (unsatisfied) when we eat less. But the weight loss will feel great and very rewarding. After the weight loss period you can eat normal without feeling hungry and without gaining weight if you maintain a low carbohydrate diet and exercise.
